Broker Incentive Program
If your customer tours Regency Parc and leases a unit during the pre-leasing period, brokers will receive a commission equal to the following:
13-24 MONTH LEASES
Half Month’s Rent
25-59 MONTH LEASES
One Month’s Rent
60-MONTH LEASES
Two Month’s Rent
Commissions are only paid to licensed real estate brokers. In order to be eligible for commission, the real estate associate or broker of the customer must be present during the tour of Regency Parc, and the customer must be registered using the Regency Parc Broker Registration Form provided prior to the tour.
